Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every Pencil Lane product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for you, for any reason, email support@pencillane.com within 30 days of your order and we will refund the full price you paid. No forms, and you don't need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@pencillane.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order number.
  2. Tell us which product (or the whole order) you'd like refunded. One line is enough.
  3. We refund to your original payment method, usually within 1–2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Bundles, packs and free gifts

You can refund a whole order or a single product from it. Free products and free gift packs cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them.

A file that doesn't work

If a file won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what the product page described, email us and we will send a working file right away, or refund you, whichever you prefer — even after the 30 days.

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same product twice by accident? We refund the duplicate in full.

After a refund

A refund ends the license for that product, so please delete the files and stop using printed copies from it.
