- 30 question slides, one question per slide
- A type-in answer box on every question

Why choose this over a free activity
- Sentences are short and concrete, with one clear adjective
- Colorful and size words like tall, shiny and little match what first graders already say
- Same format across singles and the deck, so the routine stays familiar
- No printing — works on a laptop, tablet or classroom screen
License and file format
- One .pptx file; upload it to Google Drive to open it in Google Slides
- One teacher or one household. Use it with your own students, this year and next
- Sharing the file itself needs a separate license
- Digital download — nothing ships
How do I get the files?
- The download link is on the order page the moment you pay, and in your inbox at the same time
- Re-download from that link any time — no account needed

Why get the bundle
- In a bundle, finding adjectives is practiced as cards, clips and an assessment, which helps it carry over to the child's own writing.
The problem
The child who circles 'boy' when asked for the adjective
In a sentence, every word looks equally important. Finding the describing word means noticing which one adds a detail about a noun.
Picking the first noun
'The tall boy ran fast' gets circled at 'boy,' because nouns are what kids spot first.
Confusing adjective and adverb
'Tall' describes the boy, 'fast' describes how he ran. Both add detail, so first and second graders mix them.
More than one adjective
'My little sister' hides two describing words. Children stop at the first and miss the rest.
Pages show a short sentence and ask for the one describing word. The question to ask is built in: which word tells more about the noun?
What’s inside
30 questions, one per slide.
Students type straight into the box — no printing, no cutting.

- The loud bell rang twice
- A sleepy cat yawned
- The muddy boots dried outside
- A brave firefighter climbed up

Who it’s for
Built for the kitchen table and the classroom.
Parents & homeschool
Read the sentence together, then ask 'which word tells us more about the noun?' before choosing.
Teachers
Works as a 1st-2nd grade identification station right after teaching nouns and adjectives.
Writers who want more detail
Once children can find adjectives, they can start adding them to their own sentences.

Questions
Before you buy.
Does the child pick from choices?
Yes. Each card gives a few words from the sentence, so the child chooses the adjective instead of writing it.
Is this the same as 'adjectives that fit'?
No. This one finds adjectives already in the sentence. 'Adjectives that fit' has children choose one to complete it.
How do I get the file?
The download link appears right after checkout and lands in your inbox at the same time. One PowerPoint file you can open in Google Slides.
Can I share it with my class?
Yes — one teacher can use it with their own students, this year and next. Sharing the file with other teachers needs a separate license.
Do I need Google Slides?
No. The file is a PowerPoint (.pptx). It opens in PowerPoint, and in Google Slides once you upload it to Google Drive.
