Why get the bundle
- Practice with cards, bingo and games gives children repeated chances to write 100 and beyond.
The problem
What comes after 99? One hundred, but how?
Past 99, the pattern changes. Children must write three digits, and numbers like 105 and 110 trip them up.
Writing 100 as 1000
Children hear 'one hundred' and add zeros, ending up with 1000 or 10. Three digits is new.
The zero in the middle
105 and 108 need a zero in the tens place. Children often skip it and write 15 or 18.
Teen patterns again
110 to 119 repeat the teen pattern after a hundred. Children who learned the teens as new words must connect them.
Numbers run from 1 to 120 so children meet the hundred and the numbers just past it. Writing practice with a hundred chart supports the three-digit pattern.

Questions
Before you buy.
Is this the same as writing to 100?
No. It goes further, to 120, so children meet 100 and the numbers just past it. If two-digit numbers are not yet secure, start with the to-100 set.
Are the numbers in order?
Items mix numbers, so children cannot just count on from the last one.
How do I get the file?
The download link appears right after checkout and lands in your inbox at the same time. One PDF with 15 pages. No account needed.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. One teacher or one household can print unlimited copies for their own students, this year and next.
Will it print in color?
The pages are designed to print in black and white, so they print clean on any home or school printer and do not eat a cartridge.
