Why get the bundle
- Capital order can be practiced many ways. The bundle adds flash cards, partner games and an assessment so you can see which letters still need work.
The problem
What comes before C? Capital letters make the gap harder to see
Capitals are the letters preschoolers learn first, but going backward in the alphabet is a new move. Children often default to the song and run forward.
The song goes one way
'__ C D' asks for the letter that comes first. The song never taught them to say B from C.
Starting from A
Some children say A-B-C to find the answer. It works, but it hides whether they know order.
Similar capitals
B, D, P, R look alike. Children can mix them up when choosing the missing letter.
Prompts show two capitals with a blank before them. Children study the capitals after the gap and work out the one that must come first.
What’s inside
24 questions, one per slide.
Students type straight into the box — no printing, no cutting.

Questions
Before you buy.
Is it okay if my child recites to find the answer?
Yes, at first. Over time ask them to say the answer without starting at A. The goal is a feel for order.
How do I get the file?
The download link appears right after checkout and lands in your inbox at the same time. One PowerPoint file you can open in Google Slides.
Can I share it with my class?
Yes — one teacher can use it with their own students, this year and next. Sharing the file with other teachers needs a separate license.
Do I need Google Slides?
No. The file is a PowerPoint (.pptx). It opens in PowerPoint, and in Google Slides once you upload it to Google Drive.
What age or grade is it for?
PreK.
